Sterling Steakhouse????

Is the Sterling Steakhouse still on the Star princess? I seen it in my cruise brochure, but it's not listed as a dining option on the Princess website.

It seems to be still listed as the Southwestern Restaurant, but trust me, it is actually Sterlings Steakhouse.

We were on the Star Princess in May 2004 - and yes, Sterling Steakhouse is on the Star, in place of the Southwestern restaurant. It's surprising that it hasn't been updated since then? I knew when we went they were getting rid of the Southwestern concept but I thought they would redo the place into the Steakhouse concept. But they may be rethinking that - on the Crown Princess the Sterling's has changed into the Crown Grill. Don't know if that is ship specific or a sign of things to come.

Tequilas would be the Steakhouse name on the Star :)
