Would you guys purchase either if your room has not been assigned?

 

I know it's possible not to get a room assignment until check in so I'm wondering if I should skip ordering anything unless I get my room assigned before the day we embark.

 

Is their sophisticated enough to match my order with the room once its assigned or will my order and luggage get lost in the shuffle.

Your order is attached to your booking number not your cabin number. I have ordered before a cabin was assigned and my Bon Voyage order arrived just fine. :)

Just a point of clarification: Room assignments are typically sometime within a month before sailing. We received ours somewhere around 15 days before sailing. As was posted above, we purchased both FTTF and bon voyage well in advance of receiving our room number.

Always bring paper copies of anything you pre-ordered. This will guarantee nothing will go wrong. (If you don't bring the paperwork there will be issues, Life-According to Murphy.

Totally agree.....bring your paper receipts of your orders! They will come to your e-mail.
