Are spirits/liquor included in any of the drinks packages?

My husband and I are planning to upgrade to the Premium drinks package for our cruise on Anthem in a couple of weeks. We like the odd brandy at the end of the evening, are spirits/liquors available on either the Premium or Ultimate drinks packages?

Spirits are definitely included in both the Premium and Ultimate drinks package; in fact for alcoholic beverages there is no difference between these packages (though RCI's marketing suggests otherwise).

 

This may be out of date (it's not dated) but is an example of what you can expect on the Premium package. The brandy listed is 'Carlos I' but I don't know anything about brandy so perhaps someone will have more up to date information.
