Funny story there - I asked for a supervisor and was told that there was nobody above this woman (Alene). Apparently she's the President of Princess Cruise Lines? At some point, I'll look back on this and laugh, but I'm not there yet... :rolleyes:

No, actually, the President of Princess Cruise Lines is another lady, however, Jan Swartz. :p

Last February we on the Island 15-day Full Panama Canal cruise and took the UST; but our experience was really great! Started with the bridge tour, with presentations by the Third Officer, then the Captain. The tour included "M1", galleys, special food tasting in the galley by the head chef including champagne, engine control room, plus two very luxurious robes, photos, writing pads. It was pricey but very worthwhile.
