Breakaway UDP question

We will have an adult and a teenager in a stateroom. the adult will be getting the UDP; is there an UDP for child (teenager) or is it just the soda pkg. Is there a gratuity charge for the child drink package? Does it include more than just soda

 

If we need another soda pkg for a younger child should we buy it onboard or as part of initial booking.

If you are talking about the current promo, here is the Terms and Conditions: (applicable answers highlighted)

 

Ultimate Dining package:

Available for all stateroom categories on sailings through Dec 22, 2015; and for Oceanview category and higher for all sailings beyond Dec 22, 2015

Applicable to guests 1-2 on the reservation 3 years of age or older.

Ultimate Dining Package available at specialty restaurants.

Does not include beverages or gratuities.

Includes add-ons in Le Bistro such as Fruit de Mer, Lobster and Cote De Boeuf. Does not apply to Special Occasion Menus e.g. New Year's, Christmas, Valentines day, etc.

$10 per each additional main course will be charged in Le Bistro & Cagney’s.

A 25% Discount applies on a la carte priced restaurants Bayamo and Ocean Blue.

Teen just gets soda package, not UBP. Packages do not include expresso or any specialty coffee drinks.

Also unlike some other lines drink packages, water bottles are not included in the UBP

 

I don't think there's a difference in price if you buy the soda package prior to the cruise or onboard.

Is canned soda included in UDP? We have it as our booking incentive, and while I do imbibe occasionally (and will have a late night martini), Diet Pepsi is my drink of choice.

I think you mean the UBP. UDP is dining. Fountain soda is included in the UBP.
