Need Help in Miami

Please help...we are a family of 6 ..arriving in Miami @noon on a RCCL ship. I'd like to do the Duck Tour (4 teens) and then go over to South Beach. We are in port from noon to midnight.

 

How do we best accomplish this? What is the last tour de duck?
