We had JJ on two different cruises on the Royal Princess. Two years ago we saw him everywhere, and he was very personable - very easy to talk to. We then had him earlier this year and never saw him during the day, only while he was performing his "official duties" during the shows or doing the morning "read the Princess Patter" show on the television.

 

He's also a singer, and put on a very good performance one night. His "I Can't Stop Loving You" was somewhat of an audience participation event. One woman two years ago threw a key onto the stage. It turned out to be the key to her room safe, but it was all she had. It had him cracking up. :D
