Does UBP no longer include the 20% discount on bottled wine?

What the title says. I'm sure we did this on our last cruise with the UBP and can no longer find it anywhere in the terms and conditions on the NCL site (I did find it in some old info on different sites). We'll have my son & his GF in our cabin on this cruise and we have the UBP (first 2 in the cabin free) and they have the soda package. We were hoping to at least be able to get them a discount on some bottles of wine at dinner. Was this removed when the terms & conditions changed recently?
