JennyD1 Posted July 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2015 Wondering how the casino is on the Breeze. Is it larger than the casino's on the older ships? Is it smokey??? What slots do they have and has anyone hit any jackpots?

Bring a sweater even if you cruise in August. The slots were really tight in March but a few did hit a very few jackpots. Good luck.
Wynton67 Posted July 20, 2015 #3 Share Posted July 20, 2015 I will second what Sana said. I'm glad i brought a fleece for our May cruise. Especially at night. The casino was larger, but there are more guests on board. Tables filled up quickly in the evenings, but there were a nice selection of slots available (my wife is a slot player). Have fun! pusywillow Posted July 20, 2015 #4 Share Posted July 20, 2015 I will be on the Breeze in March. My game of choice is video poker. Anyone notice the payback tables? On the Conquest they were beyond horrible! For example in Deuce's Wild, Carnival paid 500 coins for 4 deuces while a normal casino pays back 1000 coins. Love to hear that it is cold. That helps with the nasty smoke. Sue
clcjdn Posted July 20, 2015 #5 Share Posted July 20, 2015 I believe that the paytables are pretty standard across the Carnival fleet. I had heard of the Liberty cutting 4 Aces with a 2-4 on Double Double Bonus, but I cannot confirm, since I haven't been back. I wouldn't expect any better paytables on their other ships though.....at least on NCL we get 7-5 instead of 6-5 and a better variety of games. At least I will be sailing on the Regal Princess after this cruise where the paytables are better than Carnival.
