Booking problem

Hi,

I booked a back to back Europe cruise (21 day, 2 cabins) back in February and when I booked online, there was a problem with it accepting my latitudes number and it qualified for the latitudes OBC. So, I booked and then called the next day and had it fixed and also the promotion applied. Well, that's what the rep said she did. Turns out she didn't. I just had a amenities invoice sent yesterday (well, I tried 3 times and it kept getting sent through blank).

So, I call again yesterday and the guy said he can't add it. I emailed him screen shots of the latitudes OBC when I booked and he still claims he can't add it. At that point, I was hung up on (I was never rude, always pilots, but frustrated with so much time on this).

What's the best way to handle this? Is there someone I can email higher up?

Not to mention, I can't even get an amenities invoice as they keep coming through blank and was hung up on again when I tried to fix it.

Ang ideas on best way to go about this?

Thanks!
