When booking specialty dining does only one person need to reserve for you whole party? We will be traveling with 2 bookings, my husband and child on one and my parents on other! Can I book all of us under my account!

Yes. One person makes the reservation for up to 8. They don't ask who the people are. It could be your husband and complete strangers he meets in the casino that afternoon for all they care. It doesn't ask for names, just a number.

If you have the UDP all you do is make the reservation. If not, you have to pay for all of them in advance.
