Heronymous Posted July 31, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 31, 2015 I booked a cabin 12228 family mini suite on an upcoming cruise on the Getaway, mainly for the tub since soaking helps the pain a little that I have from back injuries sustained in a car accident. I know that's the splash academy deck.... I'm curious how bad the noise is from the screaming kiddies in those cabins? (Just curious what to expect) -Keith
61bluesman Posted July 31, 2015 #2 Share Posted July 31, 2015 My son and I had a Family Mini-Suite last summer on the Getaway. We were port side, about mid-ship and had absolutely NO noise issues whatsoever. I don't recall the exact stateroom number. The only issue I had with the room was with the tub/shower, when showering it raised me close to the ceiling and the showerhead was then too low. I heard the non-family mini-suites had a great spa shower and wished we had that. Since you want a tub it should be fine.
