You will love being in a C9 balcony. We had one on the Dream a few years ago and don't think I would do another Carnival without a C9 and Serenity Deck. We hardly ever left the area except for dinner. I have another one booked on Magic for a NYE cruise.

We took full advantage of the spa benefits. DW used the shower in the spa locker room rather than the cabin as the showers in the locker room were huge with multi body jets. Don't be confused, there are two locker rooms one for the gym and anybody can use. Then the spa area has a much nicer area, which you have to have spa membership to access.

That helps! Thanks

But unless something has changed Sunshine does have a thalassotherapy pool. I normally get the spa pass if I don't have a spa room, but without the T-pool I did not bother.

Did you mean to say does not have a T-pool?

I don't see one on the deck plans.

To each his own, we found the T-Pool much to hot. Got in once for about five minutes then never went back. We loved the steam room, aroma room, and room with those tiled loungers (they are much more comfortable than they look).

  • 1 month later...

All I really care about are those thermo lounger things. I've been in 2 severe car accidents. A few hours laying on one of those sounds heavenly. But I can't seem to find really good info on a spa pass or spa offerings. Fascination next month, sunshine next year. We will see!
