Can you use vibor on the cheapest internet plan. Also if you purchase a plan can you use it on different devices at different times. I know you can't use them at the same time but can you use them at different times?

Internet onboard is based on log in, so you can use multiple devices with the same plan purchase.

I think it would be cheaper to use text (vs calls) without the app, which I'm guessing is internet-based. Onboard internet is slow, so everything takes longer and you pay for those seconds as they drag by. I have Sprint and generally inbound texts are 5-15¢ each, while outbounds are 50¢ each.
