Tour company in Italy

I am thinking of using the tour company "share a shore excursion in Italy" for an upcoming cruise. Has anyone used them? I would appreciate your feedback (both positive and or negative) before booking.

Robert at DriverinItaly.com has always been very thorough and a private driver is economical if you can share the trip, and he tailors it for you. Very different than regular shore excursions.

We used this company in all the ports that it was available and the service and drivers were exceptional. We used the roll call to advertise tours that we had vacancies in and everyone booked their own seats. Most tours had the maximum passengers (8), we paid on the day and there were no complaints from the groups that I was part of. An inexpensive and easy way to organize "private " tours for up to 8 people.
