Getaway - fireworks?

We are sailing on the Getaway on Nov 16th, 6nts W. Caribbean....any guess if they'll do fireworks on this sailing? I ask, because I wasn't sure if it's limited to only 7nt sailings or not. Any insight?

Based on another thread here, fireworks have just been discontinued for good.

I read that the fireworks are gone as of Aug.1- Bummer... You can check thru some of the previous threads to verify. Let me know if it's something different.

That thread was started by me and it was subsequently confirmed by NCL BDMs officially. However, it wasn't until about a week after I had found out from the ships themselves.

 

No more fireworks effective 8/1/15.

Interesting, we were on the July 25th sailing on the Getaway. Guess that was the last boat to do it. We saw and was quite fun to see. Nothing like fourth of July, but still had entertainment value. Glad we got to experience it.

That really sucks. We were on Breakaway in May 2015 and loved the fireworks at sea. We thought it was very good.

Its just another change made by ncl in order to enhance customer experience!!!del rio rocks man..i was wondering maybe i bring my own plate and glass on my upcoming cruise so that i can enhance my experience with ncl..its nice eating in cagneys with your own plate that you have bought and you are really proud about having!!!lol

Were the fireworks exclusively on the BA/GA? Not sure the Jade had them.
