Yes, Uber picks up at SFO.

 

Be aware though, that they can only pick up on the DEPARTURE level. You will have to get your checked bags and then wait for your ride on the departure level, NOT on the arrivals level.

 

FYI - the BART (train) has a station in the airport and is usually faster to the city than via a car.
