What is the nominal cancellation fee?

Is everyone but me missing the fact that the screen shot shows the cancellation fee doesn't kick in until FEBRUARY 2016?

 

It's discussing the line saying there's an unspecified "nominal charge" if cancelled before the "first date shown below", which is February 2016.

Some people call it a blessing - some a curse but when I look at your post I don't see anything regarding commissions but rather the fact that the numbers don't add up! Your totals are greater than the sum of the component prices! Hopefully, there were some other numbers that aren't shown on your post.

 

I did notice this, and no there aren't any numbers missing. Half the time it shows the right amount and half the time it doesn't. The emails are correct when I make payments.
