Questions for McDream12 and Deep Thinking Fish

Recommended Posts

I have prebooked cabins 445 and 447 and, as McDream12 you have stayed in 445 and Deep Thinking Fish you have stayed in 447, I wondered if you could please inform me if both cabins have a single bed layout. Also if the storage space was good.

Thank you

Hi Mollythedolly

The cabin had two singles which we had made up into a double. The storage was good with a double and single wardrobe, two sets of drawers 4 high and a small set of drawers inside the double wardrobe.

The room was very quiet and had no rattles or vibration

Enjoy your cruise [emoji3]

Thank you McDream12 it sounds ideal. This is very much what we had hoped for. I can now rest easy.

Hi mollythedolly,

447 was a lovely cabin. Configured as two single beds either side of two chest of drawers, you could rearrange the cabin to create a double but that would have create issues with having to jump over each other to get to bed. Whilst Mrs Deep Thinking Fish prefers the double, to be honest the two singles were absolutely fine as they were, and very comfortable. We slept well.

There is also storage under the dressing table/mirror and certainly enough hanging storage for both of us for a fortnight including Captain's night regalia - twice.

The fridge is handy, there's a small storage area next to that plus you can always put things under the beds.

And best of all housekeeping kept it clean with freshly made beds morning and night.

Enjoy!

Thank you Deep Thinking Fish this is brilliant. So glad now have booked these two cabins. It's always a worry when some one else is going with you.
