Ruby Princess Menus for Alaska?

I just wondered if anyone kept the menus from their recent Ruby Alaska

cruise and could scan them. If not, can you list the theme nights for each day for the main dining?

I have menus and food photos from Crown Princess a couple of weeks ago. I'm still editing but hope to post a link in the next day or two. Since there were only 2 of us, and I sometimes didn't get photos of my husband's food, I didn't get nearly as many photos as last year.

 

I'll follow up here when I get this year's photos done and posted.

The themes from what I can tell from my notes:

 

Monday - first formal night is the 50th anniversary dinner

Wednesday (Juneau) - Italian night

Thursday (Skagway) - Surf & Turf (Shrimp & Filet Mignon), Alaskan King Crab Legs

Friday - second formal night - Lobster night

Yes, they would have the same menus, just in a different order.

 

The menus haven't changed much since last year, so photos of many of the dishes can be found in my album from last year. They are all clearly labeled.

I think she is adding more, as it seems like there was more added after I

The 2nd to last night was formal, and we were seated at a table with others. I was so busy chatting that I forgot.

 

The last night we went to the Crown Grill. I very much dislike the last night's menu.

 

Neither has changed much from last year, except for the special dessert on the formal night. My photos from last year should be almost exactly what you can expect this year. Rumor has it that the Baked Alaska in now on the last night, so other dessert options may also be different the last night.
