First time cruiser with Norwegian on Breakaway 9/6/15. Do they allow you to use your sign & sail card to access money to play slots and table games. Cruised Carnival many times and you can charge your slot play to your credit card at no charge or they charge you 3 percent to access money at table games. Any information would be great.

Until you reach "golden" at Casinos at Sea, you pay the 3% fee, but yes, you can access it from your card. On Breakaway and Getaway, you can do it from the slot machine, but the other ships, you can do it at the cashier or at the tables.

Keep in mind that if you get 2,500 points, you can have the host review your play and potentially remove some of those fees as comps.
