Freeport With Kids

A little over a year ago we went to Taino Beach for the day. It was $14 RT/pp. most of the beach is public with a decent public restroom. There is a park across the street with a small playground and an interesting monument. There are a few beach shacks for food and drinks. Some rent chairs on the beach or let you use them. It depends on the day. We ate at Tony Macaroni's and had roast conch. It was good. He does a conch demo which the kids would enjoy. Just ask what time he plans on doing it. We almost missed it.

At the end of the beach is Junkanoo Beach Club. It looked nice. The entrance fee was nominal. There is a pier. We did not use their facilities though. No pool, but a pier. http://www.junkanoobeachfreeport.com/#_=_
