Colorado Beach Bum Posted August 14, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 14, 2015 Has anyone recently taken shuttle, taxi or UBER from LAX to the Queen Mary or the Carnival Miracle port? If so what was cost? I am trying to book easy transportation for my mother and her friend. Neither can walk very far. Thanks in advance.

The LAX website has info on shuttles as well that might help you.

kenish Posted August 14, 2015 #8 Share Posted August 14, 2015 Answering part of OP's question: Uber is $31-$40 plus optional tip. There are numerous "first ride free" deals if you've never used Uber before, and 20% discount if it's charged to a Capital One credit card. The "first ride free" deals are posted by existing riders and drivers to introduce new customers...they get a discount too, so get a friend who already uses Uber to provide you a code; then you both benefit. Husky61 Posted August 16, 2015 #9 Share Posted August 16, 2015 Can you please recommend a company? Thank you, Taters I have posted this before, and no, I don't work for the company or have any interest in he company. We always use ontime1.com. Give them a call and see what they have to offer. We pay $55 for a town car to or from LAX to San Pedro, or we have paid $65 for 6 of us in an SUV.:)
