Trouble ordering packages

I am posting this for my DS she is leaving on the Dawn in 2 weeks and contacted NCL to order the anniversity package, it is their 30th and was told that due to the hurricane they were short staff I sugguested that she fax her order so at least she would have a confirmation of order

 

As any one had problems or any sugguests in order packages/wine etc for the cabin

It has been mentioned several times this week that various departments at NCL are working with skeleton crews, as the company focuses on resolving all the issues which arose as a result of Katrina, and perhaps potential problems which will arise with Rita.

 

I would suggest she try calling early in the morning when the crew manning the phones is fresh as a daisy. Perhaps she'll be able to accomplish the order early, before the staff is deluged with calls and issues.

 

I hope everything works out well, and she's able to order the anniversary package. :)

Thank you for the suggestion, I will tell her to look at your posting I ordered her a couple of surprises but I ordered them weeks ago since I took my GF on Carnival last year and tried to order another bottle of wine and was advised it was too late It did not happen this year on the Dawn:)

If she is still having trouble reaching them by phone she can also email her request.

 

She should also include how she would like to pay for the order and ask for an email confirmation.

She could do the same by fax.

Thanks for the advise she faxed her request yesterday and saved her confirmation It is her first cruise and her 3th wedding anniversity so she wants everything to go ok and is relying on her big brother-me since I talked her into the cruise I already warned her about the pub and martini classes but will she listen to me of course not and she better not

 

have a great weekend off to Buffalo for a 10th wedding anniversity party
