Early flight time for New Orleans- Debarkation

I tried to search Carnival for their recommended flight time for New Orleans, but I couldn't seem to find it very easy.

 

Anybody have a link or suggest how early of a flight out of New Orleans (MSY) they would suggest?

Which ship...Elation or Dream? The reason I ask is that it seems like the Dream debarks about an hour earlier than Elation.

I'm 40 min from the port, 15 min past the airport and sail on both the Dream and Elation regularly. I'm always home no later than 8:30 doing self assist. As stated above the Dream does usually arrive around 6 and the Elation 7. Either way you'd have no problem catching a flight at 11:30 or later. You could probably catch one a little earlier but I wouldn't chance it.
