Breakaway to Bermuda Live August 30th

Celebrity Horizon to Bermuda was our first as well. I was hooked and booked the NCL Spirit within a month of returning.

 

 

always have fond memories of that trip. I remember our waiter was Frankie and they had a baked Alaska parade on the pool deck with the waiters leading to the now extinct midnight buffet.

 

Just saw the hilarious battle if the sexes

 

 

 

The ballon popping challenge was hilarious!

So funny that you pointed out the scale! I stubbed my toe on it multiple times when I was in the OS on the Gem this past June. I kept sliding it under the sink to keep it out of the way of my giant feet and my room steward kept pulling it back out and since it's clear, only my toe kept finding it! LOL

I'm so glad to be following along with your trip again! We are going back on the Gem in a few weeks and plan for the BA in a haven spa suite in May!

Since I'm traveling with my mom and sister, I have this feeling I'll be working my way down that drink menu over the week :D

 

Loving the pictures and tales, can't wait to see Bermuda.

Love the live review! We are sailing BA Haven Spa suite next week so this is the perfect way to get through this dragging lead up week! One question- what time did you leave the Haven holding pen and actually board the ship? How soon after did Anoop start his presentation in the Haven? Just wondering if we would have time to go to guest services real quick after boarding without missing the concierge presentation. Thanks!

Funny you bring that scale up. Another episode with that scale, I moved it out to lean on the wall behind the chair in the sitting are for the exact reason you mention, stubbing our toes. The room steward last night said don't worry sir I replaced the battery and put the scale back.. I stammered and said you really didn't have to do that and sure enough it was back in the bathroom last night! So yeah that bad boy is over the side for real lol

 

Anyway, have a great trip on the gem, we love her like a daughter :)

We arrived at the hold cell about 10:45 and they took the first set up about 11:15. We were about 10 min behind the first group. Annop did 3 separate presentations for each group of stragglers who arrived.

 

The did not escort us this time just let you board with someone standing at the express elevator to tell you where to go on 16 and anoop was waiting in the haven
