Me too...on all three points. Can't wait to set sail.

You know I am the same way leading up to a cruise, just counting down the days, then it gets here and is over in a flash! We should all try to embrace the anticipation of an impending cruise as the best part of it all.... ......

NAHHH what the hell am I thinking!

Sorry for the intermission there, had to do some work, yuck, ppptuey, acckk, yes that horrible disgusting word crept into our trip.

But now that the unmentionable word is done with we can get back to FUN!

After breakfast we ran, ran I tell you to grab a cab. For 16 pp each way ( just as a cruise critic member said yesterday, sorry I forgot whom, I would look back but I am in the editor typing this, but thanks again for the tip! ), when we shared with two other people, we were on our way to horseshoe bay, hey that rhymed :)

Snapping pics as best I could along the way. I was in the back in a third seat and it slid sideways on every-turn. I would alternatively slide into my wife then the side of the van on opposite turns LOL. Fun all around.

The driver was having a discussion with our taxi mates thinking we could fish and bring the fish back onboard and they would cook it for us. (No were not on seabourne or Crystal cruises Mr Taxi man :) )

We arrived and were on our way:

Stopped by and grabbed two chairs at $11 per chair plus a $5 refundable deposit upon returning them so $32 outta pocket to start. They had umbrella's but we did not take one. We wanted sun darnit!

We were then greeted by this view:

The sand stretched out before and it was early enough we had the beach practically to ourselves:

We setup our chairs

And proceeded to enjoy the sun and the view:

I then decided to get out the ole Go Pro to get some fine underwater videos, where upon turning it on Mr Hero begins to beep with a low battery warning and proceeds with great prejudice to turn off. I laugh a bit and say haha I hit the button to quick and turn Mr Hero back on, with, you guessed it the same result. Now before we left the cabin Mrs Seadog asked are my batteries charged to which I quipped, I am charged as always baby!

Since the last time I saw Mr Hero, he had a full charge I placed him in my backpack yesterday thinking we would be beaching it, but instead walked St Georges where something must have hit the power button and turned him on and drained him. A very wa wa waaaaa moment. Mrs. Seadog proceeds to comment I must be a rookie.

What!

Any-who, I proceed to walk down around the end of the horseshoe to get some shots:

Just in the event we forget

Above the beach on the limestone above the beach there is a nice path that lets you walk to all the various beaches:

Can you see the path? Should I take that path?

Why not right, here is the result

Beautiful water, beach and lush greenery, what more can one ask for:

Headed back to bask in the sun

Stayed at the beach from opening at 9 (atleast that is when the chair rental opens)

And left a bit after noon to head back to the ranch.

Great day all around, and net is dinner in cagney's. Dailys coming up next

Do they have custom made crepe' station in the buffet area ??

Have you tried one? Strawberries, whip cream, chocolate sauce.

I was on the previous cruise, and yes they have it. It's good. They had a desert crepe in the main dining rooms one night, and it was bad..way too much of that Raspberry Liquor taste. The ones at the buffet are way better.

Thanks Seadog for the Awesome Live report. I have never seen so beautifull TR even from people after they cruise let alone live during it... it's like we are there with you!

Can You do a quick photo op of the Studio lounge if it's no trouble?

Thanks!

Today's pictures were lovely. The bake shop looks decadent and so does your dinner.

Thanks for sharing your day with us

Your welcome! Thanks for following along all week!

Our last morning in Bermuda before heading home to pick up the next batch of lucky cruisers :(

Caught part of a thunderstorm off in the distance this morning

The internet while in port has been almost dsl level of service which is really good, while sailing the service level is another story but to be expected.

Good Morning Cruise Critic! Welcome to day 6 and TGIF of our Bermuda Cruise!

Weather is looking sketchy so far

Plan today is tour the Dockyard instead of the original plan of Hamilton, given the sketchy weather again:

Here are todays dailies

Walk-a-bout was short this morning, look for more updates soon.

Dock party and sailaway party later today at 3pm , and we will be sure to lookout for late runners, hope everyone gets back ontime!

Seadog,

Great almost live, as usual. I won't attempt to post anything next week. It couldn't come close to yours. You know you'll go over 30,000 views today. Do you keep track of any records from past cruise posts?

Thanks Harvey! Using my phone, it is hard to see many details. I am just glad it is enjoyable as all the past reports from others gave me, and I really like doing it and reading the report again several weeks later to relive the trip :)

I know you will have a blast next week, safe travels!

Heavy thunderstorms at the moment, made us retreat from the balcony!
