Epinz300 Posted August 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 25, 2015 Can someone explain to me what this is? I have seen a couple posts on here and carnival boards on their site about it but have no clue what it is. Me, my girlfriend, and our 2 friends are booked on the Breeze December 13th cruise and just want to make sure this won't effect our cruise vacation. Was it a malfunction that I was able to book this cruise or is it just about a 100 people on board that are apart of it? Will the casino be packed with these players as well to the point where I won't get to play?
davy jones Posted August 26, 2015 #2 Share Posted August 26, 2015 I'm curious about this too. It may be good news for some. A packed casino during the day means more space on deck.

Epinz300 Posted August 26, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted August 26, 2015 I dont even know what a premier cruise is.
springs741 Posted August 26, 2015 #5 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Ultra, Elite and Premier cruises are by invitation only offered through the Carnival Players Club. Those extended the invitation are able to book at a lower rate and are extended special perks during the cruise. Players Club does limit the number bookings allowed so it is not like the entire ship is full of gamblers. You might find the casino busier during the "events" but other than those times and the announcements I don't think it will effect you.
Epinz300 Posted August 26, 2015 Author #6 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Thats all i really needed to know. The casino will never be closed just for them right? I can still play when i want?
springs741 Posted August 26, 2015 #7 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Actually the casino has extended hours during these cruises. The only time it is closed is when in port.

davy jones Posted August 27, 2015 #9 Share Posted August 27, 2015 All of the free cabins do seem to be driving the prices up for the other cabins on this cruise.
JGlennCruiser Posted August 27, 2015 #10 Share Posted August 27, 2015 And expect the limits on the tables to be much higher for this cruise, probably no $6 tables and $25 minimums for the most part.
Epinz300 Posted August 27, 2015 Author #11 Share Posted August 27, 2015 Even for craps? I like playing craps and roulette. Those are both 5 min

There will be plenty of lower limit tables. Yes, they will have $25 minimum bets but they will also have the regular minimums. They know not everyone would play the higher tables. Epinz300 Posted September 14, 2015 Author #13 Share Posted September 14, 2015 If i remember there was only one craps table... Thatll prob be packed all cruise long huh? Maybe im better off with video Poker and roulette
Namelocg Posted September 14, 2015 #14 Share Posted September 14, 2015 I just got off of a Premier cruise on the Glory on Saturday. There was 1 Craps table with a $5 minimum. There were 2 roulette tables, both with a $10 minimum. Blackjack was $6, $10 and $25. Fun 21 was $6. Three card poker and let it ride were each $5 minimum. I never had trouble finding a seat. They really limit the amount of people (i think is 100) on the Ultra sailings because they give away some really expensive gifts and prizes. They added the Dec 13th Ultra because the earlier one in Dec sold out in about an hour after it was released.
Epinz300 Posted September 14, 2015 Author #15 Share Posted September 14, 2015 Thats what i like to hear! I am just concerned it wouldve been packed all the time but from you said seems like very few are actually on the cruise for the ultra thing. As long as it doesnt affect my casino play and cruise experience im golden
PA Dutchman Posted September 15, 2015 #16 Share Posted September 15, 2015 the casino will be a little full every night and some days. Its a special gambler cruise.
KARTI1955 Posted September 15, 2015 #17 Share Posted September 15, 2015 Shouldn't really affect you at all. The crazy ones are the tournament sailings. Casino is packed during those. The Breeze has a great casino. Big and plenty of tables/machines. The Ultra cruises are very limited. I got an invite, tried to book almost immediately and all spaces were taken - boo! What gifts did you receive? We are going on the 10/3 Miracle one and need to figure out which suitcase to pack in.
