Soufflé wars

My DH and DS had the soufflé on Adventure earlier this year and both said it was good, not great, but they hadn't deflated from what I saw...

We had the late seating and by the time we ordered dessert there were only a handful of tables still being served.

The souffles we've had have been just okay. But in all fairness people, they are preparing a thousand of these babies at a once. And as anyone who has made a souffle knows timing is everything. As Julia Child once said, "The guests wait for the souffle, the souffle does not wait for the guests!"
