monkey1 Posted September 24, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2005 Hi, everyone. If you booked a Lotus Spa appointment through Cruise Personalizer, can you please share your experience? I'm getting married onboard the CB next year and I want to book appointments for some of my bridesmaids, but I want to make sure the appointments actually get made. I tried to do this through Princess Weddings department, but they won't let me book for everyone, so I thought Cruise PErsonalizer might be the answer. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences. ~Traci
Kissara22 Posted September 24, 2005 #2 Share Posted September 24, 2005 I am cruising on the TP in Nov. and I've heard numerous times that you can book spa appts. on the cruise personalizer. Can someone please direct me where to go on the personalizer because I can't find it anywhere. Maybe the TP doesn't allow prebooked spa appts because it's a small ship. I don't know. Any help is appreciated.

If you look at the sticky about members telling each other Princess Secrets on post #141 it does not list Tahitian or Pacific Princess so maybe it is not availabel yet and that is why you cannot find it on your personalizer. edste Posted September 24, 2005 #4 Share Posted September 24, 2005 I've prebooked spa treatments and never had any problems. Pre booking is not available on all ships. Good luck ed
Hulagirl Posted September 24, 2005 #5 Share Posted September 24, 2005 My TA sent this to me which was sent to her from her Princess District Rep. It is about this very question. Hope this helps. I'm quoting from Princess: Princess Expands Lotus Spa Pre-Reservation Capability Eight Vessels Total Now Offer Online Bookings for Pampering Spa Treatments SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (September 15, 2005) - Following the success of Princess' groundbreaking debut of advance spa reservations last year aboard Caribbean Princess and Sapphire Princess, the company has expanded the feature to make it easier than ever for passengers on six additional vessels to pamper themselves by booking relaxing spa treatments before they sail. Princess' online Cruise Personalizer is now accepting Lotus Spa pre-reservations for passengers with cruises departing on or after the following start dates: Diamond Princess (September 3); Island Princess (September 20); Golden Princess (October 8); Grand Princess (October 29); Coral Princess (November 24); and Star Princess (December 11). "When we added online pre-reservations for the Lotus Spas aboard Caribbean Princess and Sapphire Princess it was an industry first and passengers loved the convenience of this new feature," said Jan Swartz, Princess' senior vice president of customer service and sales. "Thousands of passengers have now successfully booked their massages, facials and other treatments before they boarded, so we're now pleased to expand this capability to more of our ships." The reservations tool operates as part of Princess' Cruise Personalizer on http://www.princess.com. This unique service makes booking spa appointments as simple as entering in a name and booking number and choosing from a full menu of services that includes massages, body treatments, facials, hair and nail options. Passengers will be able to see available appointment times and prices. Passengers without Internet access can call 1-800-PRINCESS to reserve treatments. Princess' Lotus Spas feature a relaxing atmosphere and treatments based on ancient therapies and rituals. Highlights include a series of unique spa and beauty services that will indulge guests from tip to toe. Among the options that can now be reserved in advance are Elemis brand treatments such as Aroma Stone Therapy, Absolute Spa Ritual (which includes a Deep Tissue Muscle Massage and Pro-Collagen Marine Facial), Exotic Lime & Ginger Salt Glow, and a couples massage in the suite reserved for two. Other favorites include La Therapie anti-aging facials, Deep Tissue Muscle Massage and body wraps such as the Musclease Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap. Additional information about Princess Cruises and Lotus Spa is available through a professional travel agent, by calling 1-800-PRINCESS, or by visiting the company's website at http://www.princess.com. # # #
