brightbluestaroftx Posted August 30, 2015 #5 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Can you talk about the ship itself? Anything of interest? Good entertainment?
mmillar Posted August 30, 2015 #6 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Are the shops and bars open during the cruise and then closed in the ports?
Clarea Posted August 30, 2015 #7 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Are the shops and bars open during the cruise and then closed in the ports? Bars are open every day. Shops are closed in ports.

EMED2010 Posted August 30, 2015 Author #9 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Can you talk about the ship itself? Anything of interest? Good entertainment? My review is mostly about Alaska and the excursions which is why I posted on that board first. We didn't do any of the headliner shows because we do we my time dining and we go at 7:30 so it's hard to get to them. There were some lounge acts that we liked: Ned Gray, guitarist folk singer; Rosario Strings, violinist/guitarist; Zig Zag, they played a little bit of everything. They did a 70's night where the activities crew dressed like the Village People. We played pool and mini golf. Some of us went to the theater for movies. They were playing prett nre stuff: avengers Age of Ultron, furious Seven, etc. The Radiance class is my favorite. It's a nice size ship with lots of windows so you can always be looking at the sea. Hope this helps.
