Compensation

RCI is offering a 50% refund for the 9/25 sailing of Rhapsody. The ship will now depart on 9/28 and return on 10/2. Key West and Grand Cayman have been dropped from the itenerary. I think it is fair, and will be sailing on Wednesday. What does everyone else think?

I will be on this same sailing. I think it is fair. Although I'm disappointed in the short cruise, at least we get the 50% back + $100 towards a future cruise. I guess if I didn't think it was fair, I would cancel and get my money back. BUT I'M GETTIN ON THAT SHIP, DANGIT!!:D

Sounds like a pretty good deal. Key West is nice, but not usually a highlight of a cruise. Grand Caymen is missed a lot, so odds aren't always good of seeing it anyways.

 

I would have taken the credit and still done the cruise too :)

 

I am just glad everyone is safe and the port wasn't destroyed.
