Pre and Post Cruise Stay for Port Canarval

Hello,

Looking for suggestions for a family friendly hotel for pre and post cruise stay. We need airport and port shuttle because we are not renting a car. We have a 9Yr old who loves a fun pool to play, and Mom loves to order pool side food. Or at least have food close enough to walk.

 

Any help? TIA

 

We have stayed at the Radisson for the car parking deal, but this year we are flying.

As you might know, MCO (Orlando airport) is a bit under an hour from Port Canaveral. As such a rental car will probably be your best option, and least expensive, for the three of you. I don't think ANY of the hotels near the port offer a free shuttle to the airport.

 

Have you considered visiting one of Disney's water parks on the way home? Of course there are many hotels in the Orlando area at all price points including one IN the airport. The Hilton Bonnet Creek and the Four Seasons (both next to Disney) have awesome pools with pool side food and beverage service.

If the Radisson works for you, I'd rent a car as suggested above, or choose a shuttle service, such as Cortrans, Cocoa Beach Shuttle, Travelynx, or Executive VIP.
