Cheap and convenient way to hotel

We are staying one night pre and post cruise in March. We booked rooms at the Marriott North, through Princess. We also booked the hotel/airport transfers. However, we really want to see the Everglades on the day that we disembark from the ship. Since we are staying an extra night, that should be no problem, but I know after the tour is over, the cruiseline drops everyone off at the airport. So, what I am looking for is a cheap way to get from the airport back to our hotel. Thanks!

Have you thought about cancelling the cruiseline transfers and just getting cabs? It may be cheaper and faster, no waiting around for buses to fill up.
