Vegetarian options in specialty restaurants

We just booked a spring break cruise on the Getaway! We got the SDP and are looking forward to trying out several specialty restaurants. My husband is a vegetarian (no meat or fish) and I like all kinds of meat. Are there vegetarian options at all of the specialty restaurants including Cagny's? He can eat an assortment of vegetarian appetizers if there is not a vegetarian entree. When we have gone to Brazillian steak houses in the past he has enjoyed the food on the salad and appetizer tables. Are these options at the Getaway specialty restaurants? We appreciate any info you can give us! Thanks!
