prettyblue2 Posted September 15, 2015 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2015 I have already booked an inside cabin on the Westerdam - 6142 for November. It was the best choice as it was aft (too much rocking in forward), and what was available to fit our budget. In reading, one person said you lose one closet, and the sound from the next cabin may be a factor. Any comments or information from those that have stayed in a similar cabin is appreciated. Thanks. ger_77 Posted September 15, 2015 #2 Share Posted September 15, 2015 We stayed in an inside connecting cabin on the Nieuw Amsterdam and didn't find any noise issues. There is your door, a space and their door, which seems to create enough insulating factors that noise doesn't come through unless someone is being very loud. We certainly had enough cabinets/closets for the two of us for our 2 week cruise. Enjoy your cruise! Smooth Sailing! :) :) :)

It will be 2 of us for one week, and I feel much more comfortable with this cabin now.
