NCL Star Chef's Table Question

We are sailing the Star in February in an aft suite. I tend to be overly prepared for vacations, and will be booking the specialty restaurant reservations at 100 days out. Does anyone know for the itinerary out of Tampa what night the Chef's Table usually is? Thanks!:)
