Message for Campolady

Good morning all

Campo lady I wonder if you could help me. I am looking for an email address for Thomson problem being of on the Dream on 17th October for the 6th time (23rd Thomson cruise) I am sharing a room with my 22 year old son and although I book a twin when we arrive it always set up as a double! No problem if I'm sharing with my husband. Used to have the same problem when my daughter and son used to share a room. Just thought it would save having to join large ques on day one. Last time it was the celebration. 20 year old son sharing double bed with 25 year old sister lol

I sent an email to the first address a few days ago - got an automated reply saying that the response time was 8 days but actually got an answer within 24 hours.

When I was faced with a double I just asked the cabin steward to change it to twin- she did it that evening- no problem.
