Thomson flight check in at Manchester - P&O Oceana

Hi, please can someone advise me?

 

I have a flight/cruise package on P&O Oceana which leaves next week.

The flights are with Thomson from Manchester to Genoa; is it possible to check in online without a Thomson flight booking number? If not, is there a charge for airport check in?

I have a booking ref. with P&O and with my travel agent but nothing for Thomson except the flight number& time. I have been trying to ring P&O and my agent but they're constantly engaged, I know there'll be someone on CC who's got the answer

 

Has anyone recently returned from this cruise? Can you advise me?

Just came back yesterday, you can't check in online only at the airport. Check in opens 3 hours before flight in our case at 3am!! Quite slick, you don't collect baggage in Genoa, it arrives at your cabin.

Sorry forgot to say no charge for airport check in, it's just like it was years ago, just turn up with your bags.
