Added cabin for a minor but early dining is full

We added a cabin for our child but the early dining and anytime dining are now wait list. My husband and I are confirmed for early dining. I'm assuming it's not possible for them to put our child at late dining or anytime by himself??

I'd call your pvp and link the cabins to be sure if you haven't already done so but I'd assume so too. You can always go and get him switched at the MDR on embarkation day if you need to.

Depends on the age of your child. You will know when you get your Sail and Sign card. A trip to the MDR and a meeting with the maître d' will get everything fixed.

If there's a minor involved make sure both bookings are linked and there's a 99.9% chance you'll get confirmed for same dining time. If that doesn't work then ask the maître d to change the minors time to yours. There's no way Carnival would reject a request for a minor to be seated with other adults.

I would also recommend checking on line multiple times a day. We were waitlisted for our upcoming November trip and with frequent checking we were able to confirm.
