yensid1071 Posted April 18, 2004 Author #26 Share Posted April 18, 2004 Zoiks... those menus are huge when they're expanded!! I can shrink them down and re-upload them if you'd like. Let me know and I can try it again. For some reason, my PC exported them larger than the actual menu size. I shrunk them a bit, but didn't have a way to view it prior to finishing the album. Sorry about that!! Caribbean Princess - 4/2004 Dawn Princess - 12/2003 Sea Princess - 12/2000 Emerald Seas - 7/1984

Bucky3 Posted April 18, 2004 #28 Share Posted April 18, 2004 Thanks for "always available" addition. Looks like there will be no pounds to be lost!!
yensid1071 Posted April 19, 2004 Author #29 Share Posted April 19, 2004 LOL Bill!! Think of them as "Menus Under the Stars, the Home Version". A sample of the big screen and big food before your cruise! Lauire Posted April 19, 2004 #30 Share Posted April 19, 2004 According to the Spa/workout employees (where the only scale on the ship can be found) The average passenger gains a pound a day on board!!! We also had no problem w/ personalizing our dinners. My son loves prime rib, therefore, on the 2 nights it was offered he had 2 prime ribs on one plate w/ no veggies & a side of fries!! (To be young again!) My husband & I also ordered 2 lobster tail dinners (when available). . . so we had 8 lobster tails between the 2 of us. It was like heaven!!! We however, never saw the crab legs on the menu of the Golden (4/10) . . . hope we didn't miss them. The Rack of Lamb was outstanding also for those of you that enjoy lamb. HeatherDMG Posted April 19, 2004 #32 Share Posted April 19, 2004 What! No French night? It's my favorite! Oh well! Thanks so much for posting the menus. For those asking about making special requests...this is one of the best parts of a cruise! You can have what you want! If you want a meal of all entrees, order them all! Or if you want to try several, that's ok too! If you want to mix and match, go for it! And, you can even order something not on the menu that night, from one of the previous nights, as long as there is some still available! I did this on my last cruise with the desserts! They really are there to please, and don't mind the special requests at all! Eat your heart out! HeatherDMG Posted April 19, 2004 #33 Share Posted April 19, 2004 Oh, and one other thing, can you still get the "cornflake" french toast for breakfast in the dining room?
