Looking For Jazz

My brother in law and his missus will be going on their first ever cruise with us on the Victory in January 2006. My BIL is active military and is a member of the United States Army band. He also plays in a jazz band on the side. He asked me if there was a place on the ship where he could listen to jazz - I had to confess I didn't know - after 15 cruises. Can anyone tell me if any of the lounges, bars, etc. have jazz entertainment?
