Anxious to hear what's to be said, too. I booked for pre-cruise next April out of LA. Understand they do provide airport to hotel and hotel to pier transfers. Sounds good to me.

Did not know about the airport transfers provided. LAX or LGB?

I suggest you call the hotel directly. The person I spoke to specified LAX.

I think they do provide a transfer from LAX to the hotel, but it does cost. Our package is for one night plus the transfer, $149.
