Campheel Posted October 9, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2015 Has anyone stayed in this stateroom? First time cruiser here and a little worried about noise since it appears to be located directly under galley.
kybluecruiser Posted October 9, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 9, 2015 I've stayed in e142 & e146 right down the hall and under the galley and never had any problems with noise from the galley
Mr G RAY Posted October 10, 2015 #3 Share Posted October 10, 2015 that's good to know. I'll be in E130 on the Nov 28th sailing. I was a little concerned about the galley as well. Glad to hear it wasn't an issue
nwo4life Posted October 10, 2015 #4 Share Posted October 10, 2015 We love Empress deck cabins on Fantasy class ships, everything is just a flight of stairs or 2 up.
k2excursion Posted October 11, 2015 #5 Share Posted October 11, 2015 (edited) Bring earplugs, just in case. The rooms under the galley are tricky. One room might be perfectly quiet, while 2 doors down mighty be noisy for several hours during the overnight. You would want to read a report from your exact room in order to truly be assured.
