Good Afternoon To All,

My DH & I will be embarking on NCL Sun out of Valparaiso on December 19, 2015. We are in the process of evaluating transfers from the Marriott in Santiago to the pier. Any suggestions for private transfers would be appreciated.

Once you check in at the pier and on the ship is it feasible to tour Valparaiso on your own? Do they have shuttles that back & forth to luggage drop off? We like to board the ship about 12:00 PM - 1:00PM to take care of last minute dining arrangements etc. but still would like to walk around Valparaiso on our own.

Thanks...............

Once on the ship you are pretty much stuck. The terminal is a lengthy bus ride and you won't want to go back. see Valpo before boarding, a day ahead at least

The Ibis is nice

Turbus is a cheap and easy way from Santiago to Valpo. there are several bus lines to chose from.
