Carnival Dream Use of exercise equipment and steam room

Cruising on the Dream next week. Do I have to pay for the spa package in order to use the exercise equipment, steam room and showers?

Am not sure about if they are in the same room as the showers like the fantasy then no charge otherwise somebody else could give you a better answer.

The small steam rooms that are next to the locker rooms, one for each gender, are free for anyone. The showers in the locker rooms are free. I'm not sure about that coed sauna they have there. I'm thinking it's free. There are 4 rooms in the thermal suite that are a part of that extra-pay spa package, and the coed sauna is not a part of that. Those extra-pay rooms are the 4 rooms just up from the Relax Lounge. You can see all these things that I'm talking about on any deck plan for Dream, all on deck 12.
