Tiki Beach Excursion on NCL - regular vs. all-inclusive?

I am looking at excursions for my up coming Getaway cruise. I know that Grand Cayman beach access is relatively inexpensive without an excursion, but I have $75 excursion credit for this port due to a promo at the time that I booked. After deducting the credit, for 2 people, we can go to the beach for $17 (includes transport, chairs, 1 free drink) or $64 for the all-inclusive option (includes "a casual BBQ lunch (hamburger, hotdog, chicken, salad bar, rolls, condiments and dessert) served directly on the beach and beneath the palm with unlimited local beer, rum punch, fruit punch & sodas").

Has anyone done the all inclusive? Is it worth the extra $47? Was the food good? If I am buying drinks/food a la carte, will I likely spend more than that?

Thanks for any advice you can offer.
