lawgeek Posted September 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 28, 2005 I was wodering if anyone had any suggestions regarding parking options at the Port of San Diego including costs. I am trying to decide whether to take train from Orange County or drive. Thanks, Lawgeek
1cruiselvr Posted September 28, 2005 #2 Share Posted September 28, 2005 The cheapest way is to park in the long term airport parking and shuttle or taxi to the port which is only 10 min away. There is parking next to the port as well but it's more expensive. Either option is easier than the train IMHO. Happy Sailing!
KAYEF Posted October 1, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 1, 2005 I asked this question last week and someone told me the Best Western Bayside Inn ($139. per night) lets you park there for seven nights and if your cruise is longer than that, it's just $5. a night. Drive over the day before, spend a relaxing night, arrive at the ship with a whole day's vacation under your belt! :)
