Changes to future cruise deposits

I've never head or read any promo being impacted by a FCD. It makes zero sense for that to be the case, the FCD isn't an offer.

For our Dec Cruise, TA said that HAL did not have a FCD for us. I pulled the hard copies and gave the TA the info and then HAL found it. Then TA tells me I need to make more of a deposit. (Not normal TA as she was on maternity leave). I told him to check again and he did confirm we did not need an additional deposit with the FCD.

As I recall there was a change last year that lowered the OBC wiyh FCD's. Also I believe the $100 FCD is now good for up to 21 day cruises.

That's weird. We just booked two cruises using FCDs and were able to take advantage of Explore 4. Then, earlier this month, we got to bundle on the National Plan a Cruise Month promo.
