MaiTaiMary Posted October 24, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 24, 2015 When you make reservations at the Chef's table, do you know the menu before hand, or is it all a surprise? :)
ladygal4.4 Posted October 24, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 24, 2015 (edited) It seems to be the same one throughout all the ships. After reading the menu, my husband and I ditched the idea. We don't like seafood at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited October 24, 2015 by ladygal4.

What they will do is talk to you the night before your reservation to check for allergies or dislikes. In my case, when they get to the seafood courses, they prepare the same dish but substitute the fish with something else (chicken or beef - depends on that they think is appropriate for that dish)
shdixon Posted October 24, 2015 #5 Share Posted October 24, 2015 I dont recall that much seafood on the menu. Just sharing that if thats your only issue. I would love to do chef table again but I dont think they will have a new menu before the January cruise. I dont want to pay to do it again
